My First Experience

Good morning class?

Do you think it’s possible to have an experience that is uncomfortable and very embarrassing at the same time? I had one, and I’ll remember it for the rest of my life.

I experienced my first adolescent difficulties at the age of 13 years old.  It happened when I attended math class in the junior school. My back skirt was wet with the blood.  Seeing this incident, one of my classmates yelled, so it caught others’ attention to notice me.  To divert my awkward and clumsy behavior, my teacher spontaneously explained about   the physical and psychological problems for the first teenage puberty. At the first, my teacher explained that the adolescence is a transitional stage of human development that occurs between childhood and adulthood. Adolescent human go through puberty, the process of sexual maturation. Teenagers (ages 13-19) are usually adolescent, though in some individuals, puberty may extend a few gears beyond the teenage years, and in some individuals, puberty begin in the preteen years, then she explained about the sexual maturation for women with the coming of menstruation, further, she said that woman would feel very emotional about everything at that time, but for the men when they got puberty, their voice will be deeper and sound rough, growing hair on their faces, their height would increase rapidly, and other changes.     

Realizing the difficulties of adolescence period explained above, I tried to learn more about my physical and psychological changes from some magazines and books. These affords increased my confidence to overcome any shyness in my next puberty problems.

Now that you know my experience, I think you can understand what it was unforgettable and embarrassing puberty problems. Without that experience, I wouldn’t be here to share it to you.  From that, I hope you can take over the wisdom, so you can control your emotion in facing the teenager’s problems.
